Processing application based on Priority dates which is applicable to Any Employement (EB1, EB2, EB3) or Even family categories, with respect to Quota for that catagories..
Again as Somebody mentioned Earlier, its not going to get solved in 2-3 Months, So this will be helpful only from Futuristic purpose.
Its Vision problem, But this can't be solved by Lawsuites, It needs discussions, Negotiations and Communication, By Who have access to USCIS representative. In a Nutshell IV or AILA Kind of group, need to bring on their agenda, if they think its in Best interest for everybody.
Simply put i am used to standing in queue to Buy Coffe, and somebody gets priority I feel i've been bypassed.

Its not about stereotyping...its about being fair....how can people who have come here illegally be allowed a path to naturalization while we have been waiting in line for so long? I came here because I had a certain idea about the makeup and composition and ideology of this country (liberty, equality, etc.) Making such a move will invariably change the demographic of the nation. Now that would be an intentional act. Not the natural pace at which migration/assimilation and diversification occurs. I have nothing against that.

Answer to question 1: Yes you can, but make sure that at least on paper the job responsibilities remain the same as the job for which your present employer sponsored your GC. The designation can be anything.
Answer to question 2: USCIS is not very clear on the percentage increase/decrease in salary that a person should draw in a new job from the job which sponsored the GC. However, it says, that there should not be a huge disparity between the two. Looking at the figures that you provided, it looks like a huge disparity. I am pretty sure that the "bonus" in your first job was not accounted for in the salary which was mentioned in the LC by your sponsor. Even if they did, the difference seems to be huge. If it is possible, ask the BIG employer to offer you the same amount of 65K as salary and the rest as "bonus".

Excluding dependents is the most powerful and least controversial and most unifying way to clear the entire backlog in 2 - 3 years time. This way no EB2-EB3, I/C/ROW we will all be green.

when you are able to view the back side of the checks, could you please let us know if they have SRC or LIN for the receipt numbers? That would help lots of users here answer their question about what service center is processing transfer cases...

This could be one side of story. There were other posts which was mentioning about some fake resumes given by some Indian consultancy companies. So all those are isolated cases and we cannot take into account. I am seeing lot of hard working Americans and Indians as well. Also a family person with 2 kids cannot spend 12 or 16 hours per day compared to Bachlors(Most of the Bachlors who are spending 12 to 16 hours are H1b persons). If assesment is done based on that then that does not make any sense. Then do you thinkyou need to fire more than 35 year Old people and recruit 25 year people That is not American way. This country for long time Top rankholders as well as school dropouts also could survive and Lead a decent quality of life. I knew lot of Indians most of them gc holders and some H1b also those who were just average in skills had tough time in getting job between 2000 to 2004 because of more number of H1B people and also economy was bad. So there is no surprise some Americans also might have similar situation. But past 2 years everybody I knew were able to get job and survive well. This is because of economy and also because of limited H1b. But Corporations are asking too much h1b(unlimited by 20% automatic increase every year and exemption for MS people). Certainly that will kill the demand in job market and bring down the rates. I think H1B increase should be compromise between demand and supply. Otherwise there is going to be huge opposition. Congress cannot only favor Business. But as a Senator they have to take care of all groups of people. There may be a possiblity that H1b increase may happen but EB relief may not happen not that much strong lobbey from Business compared to H1B. American companies lie Micosoft, Intel culd not get H1B people because Indian consultancy companies grabbed all the H1bs in first few weeks of April and May not because of numbers. So that is a differentind of problem

My boss is absolutely incensed and is going to fire these workers once they come back from their vacation.
Agreed that they are not expected to work more than 40 hours per week but during tough times their should be a certain sense of committment and solidarity towards your employer which was clearly lacking in my American colleagues.
According to my boss the current generation of American college graduates is the laziest he has ever seen and clearly ill equipped to handle tough job assignments during a time of crisis. He is lobbying very hard to get the SKIL bill passed and increase access for American businesses to global talent.

I even got one of my team mates in my client place to give me a referral for my higher studies.
"Your ex boss is not a bad guy, he knows you are leaving for better opportunity".He is not only a bad guy, he is evil IF (note the big IF) he is keeping the money which is not his. Their conscience should prick when they feed and give excellent education to their kids with the ill gotten money.
Unfortunately one might need his ex-employer in future (might not always be the case) and that is the irony of it all.
I feel the same..you will always need the ex clients than ex employer.

Appointment letter is good enough for green card purposes and as far as reference letter, I always got them from client.

Hmm, urs is a unique case, but as far as i can tell u need to have FP done, that is the process, your lawyers may be able to help, have u contacted them?
Paper filing is fine and its not slow, usually paper filers dont get FP notices.
I did contact my lawyer. They have put in a SR but that's not helping. I was hoping the EAD renewal will kick it but looks like paper based doesn't kick it..
Argh!! This waiting game seems helpless..

There are still lots of cases in eb3 from back that far.
Many of the eb3 245i cases; there dependents were outside USA. Once; they got greencards; then their dependents went for consular processing or are going for consular processing.
One of the cases I worked on ability to pay; person had adopted her nephew so that he could get greencard as dependent. You couldn't even begin to imagine how many cases like this there are.

Please write and meet local congressman, they have special departmant for immigration issues and USCIS has immigration liaison department for congrassman offices. They might expedite your GC.
