The US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued guidance for people traveling after the attempted bombing of a plane on Christmas Day. TSA stresses that security measures are not the same in every airport, and this is deliberate so that people cannot anticipate how they will be screened. Details of the TSA guidance is here. I got green card through marriage. My wife is a US citizen and I came here legally and was in legal status(F-1) before getting married. We got married in August 2005. I applied for green card following year and finally got my card approved March 2008. I got a conditional residence which expires March 2010. I did all paperwork myself. My wife recomend me for an attorney for removal of condition. Attorney tells me that USCIS screwed up and sent me a conditonal residence card as under,"Immigration Marriage Fraud Amendments Act of 1986 (IMFA) on November 6, 1986. INA � 216, 8 USC � 1186a","Under IMFA, an �alien spouse� who obtained the status of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence by virtue of a marriage contracted less than 24 months before the date of admission is considered to have obtained such status on a conditional basis."
Now he wants me to send the green card back to USCIS as at the time of approval of my petition my marriage had passed more than two years!
I am confused. I need a second opinion.

Hello All,
As per the latest regulations, the employer has to pay for all the labor application cost. My employer has agreed to do my green card, but are little hesitant to pay the cost (due to budget constraint). What legal options/adjustments can I make with my employer so that the cost process is not delayed? Can they deduct part of my salary to bear the cost etc...?

Thats illegal. You don't want to get into trouble in future so please do not do that.

Hi, Cled. You got a good shadow in there, but it's opposing the direction of sunlight (note the flower's stamen which has a shadow coming towards the camera).
The person appears to have been caught in "mid leap" although intended to be kneeling. I'm not sure how you'd really do something about that. Perhaps by making the shadow appear darker and less blurred near knees and shoes?
As far as blending the person over the flower, looks good - no funny edges or outlines.
